Is there version of Visual Studio .Net, which can work on 
a 64-bit operating system(Windows XP 64-bit Edition)?

Sergey,
You need to wait for Whidbey (VS.NET 2004).

VS.NET itself will remain 32-bit, however their will be a 64-bit version of
the CLR. Which will allow your .NET programs to run as 64-bit apps or 32-bit
apps.
